Reeve & Co builds bespoke joinery for residential and commercial projects across London, Cambridge, Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. Hand-cut staircases, sash and casement windows, internal and external doors, panelling, libraries, bar fit-outs and shop fronts. Solid timber, cut and assembled in our Suffolk workshop, finished and installed by our team.
We work directly with private clients, architects, interior designers and main contractors. Drawings and a fixed quote before we start cutting; site supervision when we install. The same level of detail whether it’s a single front door or a full-house joinery package.
What we make
Sweeping curves, barley-twist spindles, oak treads, glass balustrades. Drawn full-size, cut by hand.
Front doors, internal doors, glazed doors, secret doors. Solid timber, mortice-and-tenon construction, glazed or panelled.
Box sash, casement, mullion, gothic and oriel windows. Single, double or slim-line glazing. Listed-building approved.
Oak, walnut, painted MDF or French-polished hardwood. Full-height libraries, dado-rail panelling, secret doors.
Painted Shaker, in-frame oak, Scandi finger-jointed, freestanding or modular. Eleven kitchen ranges.
Wardrobes, beds, dressers, tables, libraries and offices. The same hand-cut joinery that goes into our houses, scaled to a piece.
Drawn before it’s cut
CAD plans, hand-drawn rod drawings, finish samples and a fixed price before we start. No surprises on site.
Solid timber, mortice & tenon
Oak, walnut, ash, tulipwood, sapele, accoya. Mortice-and-tenon, dovetails and dowels — joinery that holds together for a hundred years.
Hand-finished
Sprayed, painted, oiled, French-polished, fumed. Our finishing room handles every job, from a single window to a whole house.

Bespoke joinery commissions range from a few thousand pounds for a single fitted piece to several hundred thousand for a complete house. We send guide prices within a week of seeing drawings or photographs.
Yes. Most of our joinery work is delivered alongside an architect, interior designer or main contractor — from first-fix through to handover. We’re comfortable on listed buildings, country estates and London townhouses.
European oak, walnut, cherry, ash and sycamore as standard. We also work in mahogany, eucalyptus and exotic veneers. Hand-painted finishes use Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and bespoke colour-matched paints.
Yes. We make staircases (including barley-twist newels and curved handrails), full-height oak and walnut panelling, fitted libraries, and one-off pieces like hand-carved Tudor roses and gothic tracery.
Yes. We routinely make sash windows, gothic windows, panelled doors and panelling for Grade I and Grade II listed properties — matching existing profiles and using traditional joinery techniques.
