A residential refurbishment in Woodford Green, completed in 2022. The house had good period bones; the brief was to bring the joinery up to the standard of a contemporary high-end fit-out without losing the character.
We made and fitted a complete set of new internal doors, repaired and exposed the original timber beams, designed and built a new staircase, and crafted a bespoke front door. The principal bathroom received a new vanity unit and full-height wall panelling.
